Terms of use
These terms cover using Mnemo. They are written plainly on purpose; if something reads as vague, ask us rather than assuming.
Your account
You need an account to use Mnemo, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has them. One account is for one person.
Your content stays yours
Everything you store in Mnemo belongs to you. You give us permission to store it, process it, and send it to the providers described in the privacy page purely so the product can do its job. We do not claim ownership and do not use your content to train models.
What you agree not to do
- Store content you have no right to hold, or that breaks the law where you are.
- Use Mnemo to record people covertly or in ways that break local recording and privacy rules.
- Attempt to reach other users' data, or to disrupt or overload the service.
- Resell access to Mnemo without a written agreement with us.
What the service does and does not promise
Mnemo answers only from what you have told it, and says so when it has nothing stored. It does not verify facts, and machine-generated summaries and briefs can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything that matters before acting on it.
Mnemo is provided as it is, without a warranty of uninterrupted availability. Reminders, briefs and call alerts depend on third-party systems, so we cannot promise a specific message will always arrive on time. Keep your own copy of anything critical; the export in Settings exists for that.
Paid plans
Mnemo Pro (₹999 a month or ₹9,990 a year) and Mnemo Max (₹2,499 a month or ₹24,990 a year) renew automatically through Razorpay autopay until you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep the plan until the paid period ends; then the account returns to Free, and nothing stored is removed. Cancellation and refunds are covered by the refund policy.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from Settings; see the privacy page for what deletion covers. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk, and will tell you why where we can.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Mnemo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed appointments, lost business, or decisions made on a summary that turned out to be wrong. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited.
