Shipping and delivery

A paid plan is applied to your Mnemo account as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, normally within a few seconds, and each autopay renewal extends it the same way. You can see it straight away under Settings, Plan, along with the date it ends. The same happens when you use a promotional code.

If you have paid and your plan hasn't changed within 15 minutes, email contact@priyanshurathod.com with the payment date. We will apply the plan or refund the payment in full, as set out in the refund policy.
